Appliance and Air Conditioning Service Call Rates (From March 16th 2026)
Please note – Service Calls apply to all initial bookings made. In the event a quote is required, the Service Call charge must be paid prior to any parts being ordered, unless otherwise agreed.
Service Calls are inclusive of the following;
- Initial visit and inspection by a licensed tradesman which includes up to 30 minutes of labour
- Immediate repair if achievable without specialised parts
- If a repair is not possible immediately: includes the cost of research and preparation of a formal written quote.
Service Calls are exclusive of the following;
- Labour additional to the 30 minutes covered within the initial service call. Our standard tradesperson rates apply in the event that the initial service call takes longer than 30 minutes. To see these rates, please see Tradesperson Labour Rates detailed below.
- Parts are charged separately

Electrical Service Call Rates:
- Call Out fee $90.00 + GST
- Call Out fee $120 + GST Extended Area (Kin Kin, Cooran, Pomona, Cootharaba, Boreen Point, Black Mountain, Noosa North Shore): $120 + GST
- Call Out fees do not include any labour.
- All parts and labour are charged on top of the Call Out fee.

Tradesperson Labour Rates & Info:
Please note these rates only apply once the Service Call has been charged as per the tables above, for the service you require (Appliance, Air-Conditioning, or Electrical):
- Tradesperson: (Electrician, Refrigeration Mechanic, Appliance Repair Tech) $32.50 + GST / 15 mins
- Apprentice: $17.50 + GST / 15 mins
*Note that service call charge is only applicable to the initial visit on a particular fault.

Cancellation Policy
- We reserve the right to charge minimum charges for any job cancelled with less than 12 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
