What a day for the Noosa EV & Electrify Everything Expo! Rain was on the forecast, but the sun had other plans, and so did the crowds who came out in force to chat all things electric.
It was brilliant to see so many Sunshine Coast locals exploring what’s possible when it comes to going electric, from EVs in the carpark to smarter, more efficient homes. Our team spent the day deep in conversation about solar and battery storage, talking through system sizing, how batteries pair with solar, and what kind of savings are realistically on the table.
Just as popular were chats around energy optimisation and management. More homeowners are asking not just “should I go solar” but “how do I get the most out of it.” Smarter monitoring and making sure every kilowatt generated is actually being used well, rather than exported for next to nothing, were big talking points.
Lots of great questions, lots of genuinely useful conversations, and a sunny end to what we thought might be a soggy one.
